Our fun and educational guitar classes in Castle Hill are offered for primary aged beginners through to teens. Guitar classes are also offered at our Baulkham Hills venues.

A 15% Sibling Discount and a 15% Multiple Instrument Discount is offered to all families. We also offer the

• Maestro Kids Package for children who would like to sing as well as learn an instrument.
• Guitar Keyboard Combo Package - a term of guitar lessons plus 5 keyboard / piano lessons.

Children are grouped according to age and ability. They learn solo music and work on interesting musical arrangements in an interactive group tuition setting.

All guitar tuition includes:

• Fun graded solo and ensemble music featuring rock, classical, blues, improvisation and contemporary styles to encourage interest and musical appreciation.
• A variety of  finger exercises, picking and strumming techniques fostering creativity and agility.
• Sight reading to encourage fluent playing ability.
• Music theory to promote an understanding of musical terminology, symbols and notation.
• Listening / aural work to nurture musicality and help develop a good musical ear.

The wonderful aspect of learning in a small group is the shared musical/ social experience.   Your child's progress is constantly monitored  and encouraged by your child's guitar teacher.

Assessment days and AMEB exams are available.

Our Castle Hill Guitar lessons are suited to students living in Castle Hill, Bella Vista, Glenhaven, Kellyville, Cherrybrook, West Pennant Hills and Beaumont Hills.

Beginner Instrument Program

The  Beginner Instrument Program in Castle Hill allows your child to try out musical instruments for a while to see what instrument they would like to concentrate on. Children can learn a new instrument each term. The program is also available in Baulkham Hills.

Instruments offered are keyboard/ piano and guitar. Children can learn all instruments or just one. The program is fun and educational introduction to each instrument.

Instruments are supplied for lessons or you are welcome to bring your own.

This exciting program allows children to learn all about their chosen instrument and how to play it as well as gain knowledge of basic musical theory.

After completing the beginner Instrument program your child is welcome to attend regular weekly lessons on the their instrument of choice.

Try out Sessions

Book a lesson for Castle Hill to try out playing a keyboard / piano and guitar with our professional music teacher before committing to a particular instrument. Try out sessions are also held in Glenwood and Baulkham Hills.
